I called back at 6 and they told me they are out of dental kits. We left our toothbrushes at home so I called the front desk at 9 am and they informed me someone would bring them up. When I called for an extra blanket, they delivered a tan blanket with holes. The beds are made with one this sheet and the THINNEST blanket. The rooms don’t even have refrigerators but we already knew this. The elevators are outdated and quite disgusting with broken panels and sticky buttons. It took an hour and ten minutes to even get checked in after all this. From there, the guest services attendant told me to use my same room key to go up the same elevator (there are four) but when I went ALL the way to that same elevator (across the entire casino) it didn’t work so I went back with all the luggage to let her know, then she told me to try elevator 4 (a few yards away from the desk) it worked. Called to inform, but they wouldn’t send someone up to bring us to the new room so I had to repack all our clothes and shuffle our items down to the registry.
Checked in to a occupied or dirty room with someone’s used underwear and socks in the drawers.
